The much-anticipated JadeScape project’s tech-savvy features and smarter-living solutions deservedly attracted a Best Smart Building Development win at the 8th annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) in October 2018.

Set to finish in 2023, seven-tower JadeScape, within the Central Region town of Bishan, is being developed on an in-depth to 400,000 square foot plot. Tange Associates and Ong & Ong handled the architecture of the project, with Ong & Ong in charge of interior design and Ecoplan Asia looking after the landscape design. The “live smart” elements at JadeScape cover every a part of resident’s lives and are designed by Qingjian to make a cushty environment for all ages. Smarter security includes face-recognition access; an all-seeing doorbell; smoke detectors providing real-time information to the guardhouse and instant alerts; an IP camera with an audio and video function; and a smart door-lock checking device. Smarter health comes with a water purifier and smart-integrated dishwasher for better hygiene.
