The JadeScape smart community living enhancements aims to provide an integrated and seamless living experience using technology, and will encompasses six areas such as smart security, wellness, care, residence, community and living processes.

Qingjian will be providing the best specifications and provision for a full-fledged smart home such as the following:

• Daikin Smart Air-Conditioning (rated 5-Ticks for energy efficiency) which can convert energy to heat up the water heater for better energy savings;
• Smart Dishwasher, including a function to wash vegetables and fruits by removing 99% of chemical residues and pesticides, without using any cleaning products;
• Smart Water Purifier to maintain a good supply of healthier water for daily consumption;
• Branded Switches by Legrand , a renown luxury market provision;
• Branded Appliances from Smeg, an upmarket domestic appliances from Italy;
• Branded Hansgrohe and Axor sanitary fittings from Germany; and
• Smoke Detector, leak detector and smart speakers (as yet unseen in other developments)
